Our Story (in brief)
Welcome to Experience Rarotonga!
My Experience Rarotonga story began decades ago, with a shift to Rarotonga from Auckland with my husband in XXXX.
Falling in love with the Cook Islands was unexpected, but looking back – was inevitable.
The Cook Islands has a unique charm as a holiday destination. The whole island of Rarotonga is literally one big resort – you’ll find shops, restaurants, cafes, holiday activities of all kinds dotted around the island.
Coming to know local service providers has been a pleasure. Now, many years later – it is my pleasure to come to know families, large groups, couples and singles – and find you the perfect accommodation for your holiday style (then the activities, should you wish to partake). Many of our guests return year after year.

Each of our holiday houses has it’s own unique flavour, but ALL have the amenities you will need to have a very relaxing holiday. most of the holiday homes on this site are exclusively represented by Experience Rarotonga, which means your booking process will be swift & professional, but you will pay no additional fees. It also means we can be absolutely sure the quality of the house or apartment will be as we wish it to be for your stay.

Well, turns out – you can do quite a lot. Or very little. That’s the best thing about a holiday house in Rarotonga – you can lounge by the pool or head out in a boat, snorkel & swim or chill in a hammock. Dine in, dine out – it’s 100% your choice. The food is fresh, tasty & delicious.
